LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read this document before using the enclosed software.

This license is an agreement between the end-user (hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser), and CAR Board (hereinafter referred to as the Manufacturer).

It is assumed that the Purchaser agrees to the conditions hereof by launching and continuing the installation of the application. If the Purchaser does not accept the conditions below, they should terminate the installation immediately.

Subject of the agreement
This application is a shareware. The Manufacturer shall grant the right to test the application over the period of 30 days, starting from the date of its first installation, to the Purchaser. The Purchaser should register the program and pay for the license within this period. If the Purchaser fails to do so within the period of 30 days from the date of its first installation, the application will cease to work and the Purchaser shall lose the right to test it.

If the payment is done, the Manufacturer shall grant the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to the Purchaser to use FindYourFiles application (hereinafter referred to as the Application) on the number of computer workstations stated in the bill of sale. If the Purchaser wants to use the Application on more than one computer at the same time, he or she should buy additional licenses.

The Application is the property of the Manufacturer and as such, together with its accompanying materials, is protected by copyright laws of the Republic of Poland, regulations of the international conventions and other applicable country laws, as separate subjects of the said laws.
The Purchaser is not authorised to copy, modify, lease, lend, send, distribute, sublicense or resell the Application neither in its entirety, nor any part or copy thereof. Any attempts to read, recompile or use the source codes of the Application are forbidden.

Limitations of liability
The Manufacturer made every effort to ensure that the Application works properly and in accordance with its guidelines. Nevertheless, the current technological state does not allow to guarantee that it will be entirely free of any malfunctions. The manufacturer grants warranty according to the existing legal standards; however, this warranty does not cover the entirely error-free operation of the Application and, in particular, it does not include meeting the requirements or objectives of the Purchaser and ensuring the compatibility with other software or hardware. The Purchaser is fully responsible for the proper selection of the Application and the consequences of its use, its utility for the Purchaser's objectives and, at the same time, for the results obtained.

The Manufacturer is not liable for any loss resulting from the use of or the impossibility to use the program, the technical support or its lack, regardless of the way the losses could be incurred and whatever they could be related to, even if the Manufacturer was notified about the possibility of their occurence.

The whole risk related to the results of the operation of the Application and its use for specific purpose shall be borne be the Purchaser. In no case shall the Manufacturer's liability exceed the fee paid by the Purchaser for using the Application.

Other provisions
In case of the expiry of the agreement for whatever reason, the user must cease to use the Application and is strictly obliged to delete all remaining parts of the Application.

No rights relating to FindYourFiles and CAR Board trademarks are granted under this License Agreement.

Any Purchaser who violates copyright laws relating to the Application is subject to civil and criminal liability provided for in the copyright laws.
